Kansas City, MO Wedding, December 2009

Randi is awesome! Once Upon A Dream Events took care of my wedding last December and it was wonderful! I was a very busy bride, spent most of the pre-wedding planning period in a different state from where the wedding was held, and was flying all over the country (all the way up till 2 wks before the wedding!). Randi took care of all the details, from sending out the invitations, handling the RSVPs, calling the no-shows, making the favors, designing centerpieces, handling the music, decorating the ballroom, as well as coordinating the ceremony. I pretty much tasted cake, picked out flowers & a dress and showed up at the wedding! She was very understanding about my budget and worked with me to obtain my look without the cost. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends (and already have!) ~Jade~

Columbia, MO Wedding, April 2010

I had the great pleasure of working with Ms. Randi Webster (Once Upon a Dream Events) for our wedding on April 10, 2010 in Columbia, Missouri. I had the opportunity to see Randi’'s work at a friend's wedding and decided to use her services for my wedding. Randi served as our day-of wedding coordinator and far exceeded our expectations. We met prior to the wedding which gave me the opportunity to go over the wedding day schedule and discuss my vision and expectations for the day.Randi’'s services were specifically catered for our weddings needs. She coordinated our rehearsal; contacted our vendors prior to the wedding to confirm delivery details; contacted and met vendors on the day of the wedding; made sure that the bridal party was where they needed to be for the ceremony; distributed vendor payments and worked with the site coordinator and DJ to ensure the reception went according to schedule. She was also available to help out with extra planning issues that came up such as taking care of parking arrangements, printing rehearsal dinner directions and working with my husband to organize a surprise saxophone serenade.Randi coordinated our rehearsal in a very organized and respectful manner. Although she is soft spoken she works hard behind the scenes to make everything flow together seamlessly. I was most impressed with her work on our wedding day. I do not think that my wedding day could have been any more perfect and stress free. Randi worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. She was very flexible with our timetable and accommodated several unexpected interruptions. She was the point person and took care of several questions & issues so I did not have to deal with the small details. My wedding day was almost perfect and Randi played a big role in ensuring this. I would highly recommend her services.~Kanya~

Rolla, MO Wedding June 2011

Randi Webster of Once Upon a Dream Events proved to be invaluable to me during the planning of my wedding and during the event itself. It was my first wedding, but it was easy to tell that it was not her first. She knows how things go typically at weddings, like when traditions would typically take place, but the best part about that was that she didn’t demand that I stick to some kind of strict wedding schedule. She ably represented me at the wedding site while I (at her insistence) spent that morning getting ready and becoming a bride. She was so much help that my husband, not an easily-impressed man, has expressed his gratitude for her work to me many times.During the wedding planning, she was always available to help me. She quickly replied to my e-mails, facebook messages, and texts, and she seems to have some kind of mental library of incredible ideas for any bride to use. She also worked around my very tight budget without any problems whatsoever. She was more proactive than I was about getting stuff done, and she was so willing to volunteer for hard work and heavy lifting. Had I tried to do this wedding without her, it still probably would have gone on, but there is no way it would’ve been as perfect as it was with her help.-Megan Bowlin, married June 4th, 2011
