$400 if event staff & vendors set-up/tear down
You already know what you want for your special event and want to be stress-free for your big day
~Typically become involved 1-5 weeks prior to wedding or event~

Assist with rehearsal and wedding day schedule
Coordinate vendors with their tasks
Prepare vendor schedule and contact them
Perform on site inspection with vendors, if needed
Review vendor contracts and confirm contracted services
Wedding day emergency kit
Coordinate 2hr rehearsal & up to 10 hours day-of (ceremony and reception)
